Jack Hunt School are holding their annual Year 7 Prospective Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 25 September 2018 in the Assembly Hall.  We would like to extend a warm invitation to you and your child to come along and find out more about the range of educational experiences and opportunities we offer.

 The evening is your opportunity to talk to staff and current students about:

  • Our impressive curriculum and provision for all students
  • Exciting enrichment activities and opportunities
  • Pastoral support moving from Primary to Secondary School
  • What it is like to be a student at Jack Hunt School

The evening will begin with a short presentation from our Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team followed by an opportunity to walk around the school and meet staff and students who can answer any questions you may have.  On your arrival, staff and students will be on hand to direct you to the Assembly Hall.

There are two start times and local primary schools have been allocated times to ensure a balance in numbers of attendees throughout the evening. The start times are:

  • 6.30 pm for Eyrescroft, Highlees, Ravensthorpe, Thorpe and West Town
  • 7.15 pm for Gladstone, Longthorpe, Middleton, Sacred Heart and The Beeches

If your child does not attend a local primary school we suggest that you attend the 7.15 pm session please.

It is highly recommended that you attend the evening event to benefit from the accessibility to staff and students. If, however, you are unable to attend we are holding two open mornings on Thursday 27 September - 9.30 am and Friday 28 September – 11.00 am.
